ISO 9001

The ISO 9001:2015 standard provides guidelines and criteria for a quality management system. This standard is applicable for any organization that wants to make sure their products and services meet their customers’ requirements and to continuously improve quality.

ISO 9000 is one of the world’s most popular ISO standards, being applicable to every industry. Our certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditors can provide the following services:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits for obtaining a recommendation for certification.
  • ISO 9001:2015 internal audits to prepare for registration audits and surveillance audits.
  • Consultation for audit and certification preparation.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Overview course to learn how to implement ISO 9001:2015.

AS9100-D

The AS9100-D standard specifies the Quality Management System requirements for organizations that design, develop or manufacture aviation, space, and defense products. The AS9100 standard is an SAE document developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG). The AS9100 identifies additional requirements specifically for the aviation, space and defense industries. Revision D of the AS9100 standard includes the addition of information regarding the handling of counterfeit parts, attention to the human factors of manufacturing quality, a focus on product safety, ethics training, and the process approach including SIPOC and PDCA tools, Risk Based Thinking, and monitoring supplier delivery performance.

ISO 13485

ISO 13485 is the medical device industry‘s standard for quality management. ISO 13485  contains a comprehensive quality management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices. ISO 13485 is designed to be used by organizations involved in the design, production, installation and servicing of medical devices and related services. It can also be used by internal and external parties, such as certification bodies, to help them with their auditing processes.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 provides best practice recommendations on information security management—the management of information risks through information security controls. It covers more than just privacy, confidentiality and IT/technical/cybersecurity issues. It is applicable to organizations of all shapes and sizes. All organizations are encouraged to assess their information risks, then treat them (typically using information security controls) according to their needs, using guidance and suggestions where relevant. Given the dynamic nature of information risk and security, the ISMS concept incorporates continuous feedback and improvement activities to respond to changes in the threats, vulnerabilities or impacts of incidents.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is related to environmental management that exists to help organizations (a) minimize how their operations (processes, etc.) negatively affect the environment (i.e. cause adverse changes to air, water, or land); (b) comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements; and (c) continually improve in the above.  ISO 14001 defines criteria for an EMS. It can be used by any organization that wants to improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, and reduce costs. Using ISO 14001 can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved. ISO 14001 can also be integrated with other management functions and assists companies in meeting their environmental and economic goals.
